SUSPENSION SET UPS
RHINO RAY has covered most suspension set ups, i.e. coiled, missing link, leaves over axle, reversed shackle, revolving shackle.

Suspension set ups can cost little or be more expensive, it all depends on your requirements. Most people only require a few inches extra height to allow larger tyres to be fitted.

For something like this he would need to know what your requirements are so you can be better advised on application and cost etc.

Now at Rhino Rays REAR DISC BRAKE CONVERSION - this bolt on kit includes:

2 no. Machined adapter discs (includes wheel studs)...£45 each
2 no. Axle retaining plates with a set position for Rover 820 rear calipers £35 (s/hand)
2 no. 3 mm spacer plates: . . . . . .£30 each

or it can be fitted in house for £420,
which would also include:
2 no. Second hand Rover calipers
4 no. New brake pads to suit
2 no. New brake discs

		Now at Rhino Rays REVOLVING SHACKLES (or Twister Shackles as some people prefer to call them) This is a project RHINO RAY has been working on for some months. The three sets he has out on trial at present seem to be working very well. They seem to allow not so much masses of extra travel but much more smoother travel. Instead of the leave spring becoming all twisted and knotted up, the twister shackle rotates to allow slightly more axle travel, but much more smoother and willing to flex type of travel. Superb for sharp rocky or rough terrain. Now he has settled on a design that seems to be the right shape and size and all three sets seem to be totally bomb proof. He is now offering them out for sale at £45 each or £185 for a set of four including post and packing. They are either painted black or unpainted and come with all bolts and instructions for fitting. Now with fully sealed bearing which needs no after care... (greasing)
