first of all make sure you have all parts and tools needed for the installation.
NO SPECIAL TOOLS REQUIRED.

1. Make sure that the hand brake is on and wheels are straight.


2. Jack the rear of your Jimny up and secure it with axle stands.


3. Remove the BOTTOM bolt from your shock (see pic 2)


4. Take out your new bottom shock mount (see pic 3) and attach to the bottom of the shock, making sure you have a washer either side of the existing lower shock bushes.(see pic 4)


5. Tighten up the nut on the bottom of the shock, but not too tight, you will need movement on this to align up the bottom bolt.


6. Put bottom bolt through the new shock mount.


7. Align with shock mount thread and tighten.


8. Go back and tighten all mountings you have just fitted.


9. Lower vehicle and enjoy.....
